Aunt Rania believes in organic flaxseeds oil (Linum) and using nature as clean skin food
Linum Care is proud to be a clean label brand. For over 10 years, Aunt Rania, the founder and formulator of Linum Care, was keen on using natural and earthy ingredients for herself and her children’s skin. She has never used popular commercial skincare brands available on shelves today given their lack of full disclosure of their ingredients and allergens and use of highly processed ingredients such as the use of cancer-causing chemical benzene found in several Old Spice and Secret aerosol spray antiperspirants and hygiene products. Aunt Rania believes in organic flaxseeds oil and using nature as skin food starting from her own kitchen.
The clean label movement is an underlying shift in the paradigm of thinking and people’s perceptions about food and what it should be.
Clean label Product = Clean Ingredients.
The clean label movement has saturated the industry, sweeping in at the tail end of related trends such as organic, non-GMO, and all-natural.
Clean Label means moving away from highly processed ingredients and toward whole ingredients from natural sources. The end goal is to be “Simply honest about what’s in your product to allow consumers to make educated buying decisions.”
No set of governmental regulations exist in which you must meet in order to claim a clean label product, unfortunately. Thus there exists a gap in the market among consumers creating confusion, misinformation, and distrust in what’s really in our products, especially in the packaged foods we buy. Given current information technologies, consumers deserve to know what they are really eating and feeding their families.

Shahin also convinced the members of Certech Registration that Canada needed its own standard for organic cosmetics after growing increasingly concerned with the amount of synthetic ingredients in many so-called “organic” products. Thanks largely to his efforts, Certech Registration developed the IOS2008 standard – a standard specifically designed to ensure the legitimacy and quality of organic cosmetics and personal care products.
Shahin admires how Linum Care deodorant brand is very clean, which is what he has been advocating for since 2004.
